Maybe You’ve Felt It Too
May 17, 2025There’s a quiet knowing that keeps tugging at the edges of my days.
A whisper that says, "This matters."
Not in the loud, look-at-me way.
But in the soft, sacred kind of way.
The kind that wants to seep into kitchens and car rides and midnight cries.
That’s what hypnosis is to me.
Not a performance.
A remembering.
A remembering that we are more than our wounds.
That the subconscious isn’t a scary place—it’s just the part of us that never stopped hoping.
I want to get hypnosis out into the world.
Not to fix people.
But to free them.
Because when we know how to speak to the part of someone that was never broken...
We stop trying to prove our worth.
We start coming home.
And maybe—just maybe—that’s what the world is starved for right now.
Less advice. More soul.
Less shouting. More softness.
Less fixing. More feeling.
The first time I experienced hypnosis, I didn’t expect to cry.
But something deep in me exhaled.
And in that breath, I felt it: a version of myself I had forgotten but always missed.
That’s why I do this work.
That’s why I speak about it, write about it, and share it in rooms where I once felt small.
Because we’re not here to perform wholeness.
We’re here to remember it.
So if this stirs something in you...
If your heart whispers, "I think I’m meant to do this too"...
Maybe you are.
Maybe you’re meant to guide others back to themselves.
To hold space for their remembering.
Maybe the work you’ve done on yourself wasn’t just for you.
Maybe it was preparing you to lead.
If you want to explore what it means to become a certified hypnotist...
To learn this language of soul and subconscious...
Come find me.
There’s room for you here.
There’s power in your softness.
And the world is waiting.
