Hi, I’m Cassidy.
For a long time, I looked calm and capable on the outside and felt tired and wired on the inside. My nervous system didn’t know how to stand down.
I did all the things we’re told to do, therapy, books, trying to manage my stress. Pieces of that helped, but my body still felt like it was living in a constant “on” state. Rest didn’t feel natural. It felt confusing and, if I’m honest, a little unsafe.
Hypnosis and nervous-system-aware work helped me experience something different: my body relaxing, my mind getting quieter, and a sense of safety that didn’t feel forced. Over time, that changed the way I move through my days.

We start by talking about what’s been going on for you and what you’d like to feel instead. I’ll explain what hypnosis looks like in plain language, and we’ll check in with your nervous system so nothing feels rushed or forced.
We create with a few simple practices you can use after the session. Then we move into hypnosis, where you get to rest, listen, and let your mind and body have a different experience of calm and safety.
You don’t have to “believe” in anything special. You just need to be willing to be guided, stay curious, and notice what you feel. Most people describe hypnosis with me as feeling deeply relaxed, present, and surprisingly normal.
The truth is 90% of the population is hypnotizable.
If you have ever cried at a movie, got "in the zone" when reading a good book or doing a creative activity, driven home or to the office and "zoned out" for part of your drive then you are very likely to be hypnotizable.
Some people come for a single focused session. Others prefer a short series or a longer journey. On our call, we’ll talk about what you’re hoping for, what feels realistic, and I’ll share what I recommend. You always decide what feels right for you.
